About these terms
These are the terms on which the Wild Harbor website is offered to you. They govern your use of the pages at wildharbor.cfd and nothing more. They are not the terms of any stay at the house; those are agreed in writing with you when we confirm a weekend arrangement. By reading this site you accept the terms below.
What the site is
This is the first-party website of the Wild Harbor hotel. It exists to describe the house, its rooms, its kitchen, its sauna and its winter-garden gaming pavilion, and to invite you to write to us if you would like to visit. No prices are quoted and no reservation is confirmed here. The enquiry form is a courtesy; sending it does not oblige either of us to anything.
Age of visitors
We ask that visitors to the site be at least eighteen years of age, because part of what we describe is a room in which gaming takes place. If you are not yet eighteen, please close the site.
Correctness
We keep the pages honest and up to date to the best of our ability, but small details, an opening time, a menu note, may change with the season. If a detail matters to your plans, please write and ask us to confirm it.
Intellectual property
The photographs, illustrations and words on this site belong to the house. You are welcome to link to us; please do not republish our pictures or copy long passages of our writing without asking first.
Third-party links
Where we link to another site, for example, to support resources on the responsible-play page, we do so as a signpost only. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not run.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Norwegian law, we accept no liability for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
